Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day upon receipt of approved payment that has passed our stringent security screening. Orders are shipped Monday – Thursday excluding holidays. Covid-19 has affected all of us and continues to be a factor with shipping, we are doing our best to get your purchases to you in a timely matter. In the case that there are any shipment issues we will notify you by email with as much detail as we are able provide.

Customs, duties, and taxes

All costs from customs, duties, and additional taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your countries rates for more information. Only the price paid will be shown on the invoice. Galaxy Time can only show the actual price paid for the item being shipped and will not show a lower price to save on customs, duties, and taxes.

All items are packed very securely to ensure no damage in transit.

Returns

At Galaxy Time, our mission is 100% satisfaction for you and every purchase you make with us! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we have a 3-day refund policy under the following terms and conditions.

Products must be in original state, not worn, altered, damaged, or otherwise changed by any means. All preowned products can still be returned if they are still in the same condition as they were sold, including any additional boxes, paperwork, spare parts that were delivered with the product.

In the case that you would like to make a return please contact us with the issue and your order number, once confirmed you will receive instructions on how to move forward.

Returns must be shipped before 3 calendar days after receiving the product. All costs for the return will be paid in full at the customers expense, including insurance, as Galaxy Time is not liable for any missing or lost parcels. Once the returned item is received it will be inspected to assure it is in the exact condition it was sent in, including any additional items that were sent with it. After confirming the state of the item and any additions have arrived and are in exact state as sent, a refund will be issued to the same method of payment.
